Mr Etim John has been recognised as the authentic chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River state by the Cross River chapter of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC), the umbrella body of all political parties in Nigeria NegroidHaven has confirmed.
The decision to recognise John thereby kicking against Dr Mike Achigbe by IPAC Cross River hinges on the premise that the state-wide convention of 27th May 2018 that saw to the emergence of the latter is perceived by the body to be fraudulent.
It will be recalled that on this 27th May, the APC in Cross River held a state convention that saw to the election of 36 state executive officers and 21 Senatorial officers.
