As part of a two day assessment engagement by a pro-forest conservation and climate change mitigation engagement which held at Mbarakom, Iboku Esite Ndik, Creek Town, Odukpani LGA, Cross River State in the event facilitated by Peace Point Action (PPA), NegroidHaven has confirmed that, Friday 31st May 2018, the recipient community was ecstatic during a sensitisation rally held after a town hall meeting the previous day.
Partakers in the open air sensitisation rally carried placards with various inscriptions like, ‘preserving the forest and its resources is our responsibility’, ‘stop bush burning, encourage careful management of the forest and its resources’, ‘our forest, our wealth, our future, help protect it’, etc.
