Reliable information reaching us suggest strongly that the Speaker of the 8th Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. John Gaul Lebo, has been nominated as the Most Outstanding Best Performing Speaker in Nigeria 2017. While the 8th Cross River State House of Assembly (CRSHA) has been highlighted as the Most Innovative Top Best Run State House of Assembly in Nigeria 2017 NegroidHaven can report authoritatively.
This nomination was done by the Northern Achievers International Magazine in the forthcoming 1st Northern Achievers International Magazine Colloquium/Fifth Anniversary Excellence Awards slated for Arewa Banquet Hall, Rabbah Road, Kaduna on the 23rd of June 2018.
According to the letter of notification by the editorial board, Lebo and the State of Assembly were considered for the award owing to their contribution to the growth of the country and society.
It reads thus: 'We observed with appreciation your numerous contributions to the development of the country and the society in general.
'Having noted and followed with keen interest your unreserved efforts in touching the lives of the people and your immense contributions and desire for improvement in all sectors of the Legislature and economy, your high Integrity, hard-work, patriotism and dedication to the peace, progress and development of the country.'
