The Chairman of Cross River State Forestry Commission, Mr Bette Obi Facebook account has been hacked.
The mischief makers are using the fake account "Bette Obi" to blackmail him against his boss, Governor Ben Ayade and the People's Democratic Party.
I wish to inform members of the public that the said account is fake and coming from the some desperadoes who are jittery of my ambition to contest the seat of Boki 1 state constituency in Cross River State House of Assembly.
'I urge members of the public to disregard any information, request and communication done through that Facebook account.
'I shall remain strong and committed to the course of responding to yearnings of my people to represent them.
'My loyalty to my Boss, Governor Ayade, is solid and firm and no cheap blackmail can come in-between', Obi says.
