CENTRAL SENETORIAL DISTRICT STUDENTS ASSEMBLY EXECUTIVES – CENSA WORLD WIDE
(CENSA WW).
THE SENATE,                                                 24th NOVEMBER, 2018
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
CROSS RIVER STATE
STUDENTS (NACRISS WORLD WIDE),

Dear Sir,

A VOTE OF NO CONFIDENCE ON HRH CHIEF OBETEN EMMANUEL CENSA WORLD WIDE CHIEF THE 7TH
Solidarity greetings to all CENSA esteemed stakeholders, council of worldwide presidents, Aluta war lords, etc all protocols duly observed.
It is with great delight and immense pleasure that we write this letter basically for the soul of our great union the Central Senatorial District students assembly to be rescued from the menace of misrule that have befallen her under the watch of Chief Emmanuel Obeten.
May we categorically state here that we have collectively resolved as CENSA Worldwide Executives, as presented in this letter is born out of trust and a deep sense of responsibility for hundreds of Censites who elected us to represent them in this capacity. Indeed, we have no malicious intention and our motivating factor to this effect is not given to any selfish aggrandizement characterized with the possibility of tarnishing any one’s image or reputation. We believe that truth must be told and justice served even if it is a minority one.
We were elected into office as CENSA Executives with the trust that our mandate will be a tool of service to the people that elected us and not the other way round. The unhealthy misappropriation of CENSA funds and other related misrule of CENSA perpetrated by the CENSA Chief is indeed alarming and we can no longer condole with such unruly activities.
It is very unfortunate that we have to mention in this letter some of the activities of HRH Chief Emmanuel Obeten that have necessitated this vote of no confidence we have passed on him as several attempts have been made to call the CENSA chief to order but all to no avail. The steaming or boiling point of our grieved has that, the more efforts we make as CENSA EXCO to call the Chief to order over lingering issues, the more venerable the CENSA Chief becomes in carrying out those unruly deeds and activities.
We have lost absolute confidence on the CENSA Chief for the following reasons:
Convening of stakeholders/CENSA meetings without the knowledge of CENSA Executive and without following due process.
Organizing courtesy calls/awards presentation to Elites without a fair knowledge of his Executives. Signing of official documents of CENSA without the knowledge of the secretariat for proper documentation for his personal gains:
—Unaccountability of the N100, 000 given for our CENSA inauguration by Distinguished Senator John Owan-Enoh.
—Misappropriation of the N100, 000 given to Censites by Barrister Chris, Agara and his pledge for the CENSA note book production.
—Misappropriation of N150, 000 support given for CENSA town hall meeting without the due knowledge of CENSA executives.
—Misappropriation of N10, 000 given by Hon. Elene Eja.
—Unaccountability of the support generated from the first round of awards given by CENSA Chief without the knowledge of his executives.
—Withholding of commitments/response from Elites that were given to CENSA proposal for support/padding of CENSA budget.
—Adoption of a factional president of Ikom worldwide without the knowledge of the Executive amongst other regrettable actions that will surface later.
Its on the strength of the above that we, the censa worldwide executives move a vote of no confidence on HRH Chief Emmanuel Obeten on this day dated 24th November, 2018 with a consensus as agreed in our executive meeting held at the above date at Palladium Hotel at about 5pm hence we therefore adopt as our acting Chief Comr. Bukie Francisca the CENSA worldwide vice president until further notice.
Once again we encourage all censites to stick to this resolution and work with the necessary body for the development of our great union.
Long live CENSA WW
Long live central CRS
Long live CRS
God bless you all
