Member-elect, Ogbor 'Rootman' Ogbor has been returned to the Cross River State House of Assembly via the 9th March 2019 governorship and State of Assembly elections NEGROIDHAVEN has confirmed.
The PDP House of Assembly candidate polled a total of 10,773 against his arch contended in the APC who had 7,067. With this he maintains the representation of Biase State Constituency.
One of the constituents of the constituency, Owai Obo has said that 'Hon. Ogbor Ogbor's victory as member representing Biase State Constituency for a second term is a victory for Democracy against Conspiracy…'
