The Cross River State Government, CRSG has addressed a proposal to the 8th Cross River State House of Assembly, CRSHA for the irrevocable standing deduction of the sum of N300 million from the state coffers to service the construction of the failed-on-arrival project —276.5 km dual carriage highway.
The document is signed by the Secretary to the State Government, SSG on the 19th of February 2019 and addressed to the Honourable Speaker.
This development has inspired the ire of the populace in Cross River State.
