Duke appointed into Sport and Environment Commission of the NOC

Chief Orok Otu Duke the Executive Chairman of the Cross River State Sports Commission has been appointed into the Sport and Environment Commission of the Nigerian Olympic Committee NEGROIDHAVEN can say authoritatively. 
This development is contained in a letter cited by our correspondent dated 6th May 2019 with reference number GEN/2019/10 and signed by Olabanji Oladapo the 
Secretary-General of the NOC. 
The letter reads thus, ‘It is my pleasure to inform you that the Executive Board of the Nigeria Olympic Committee has approved your appointment as a Member of the Sports and Environment Commission.

‘Your appointment is in recognition of your wealth of experience and outstanding contribution to Nigerian Sports and the Olympic Movement. It is therefore hoped that you would bring to bear your expertise and experience in achieving the goals of your Commission and the NOC in general.
‘Please find attached herewith the terms of reference of your Commission. You are expected to acknowledge in writing your acceptance of this appointment not later than 31st May, 2019.
‘While congratulating you on your appointment we wish you the best of luck in your endeavour.’
