Distinguished Senator John Owan Enoh, the All Progressives Congress gubernatorial Candidate for 9th March, 2019 in Cross River State general elections, Sunday dropped his intention to file an appeal against Governor Benedict Ayade and the People's Democratic Party NEGROIDHAVEN can say categorically.
Owan-Enoh reportedly arrived at this decision at the All Progressives Congress stockholders meeting Sunday night in Abuja the Federal capital.
