His Excellency the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Thursday presented the 2020 appropriation bill proposal which he christened ‘Budget of Olympotic Meristemasis’ which he pegged at 1.1trillion Naira NEGROIDHAVEN can say authoritatively.

Recall that the 2016 appropriation law was named Budget of Deep Vision, the 2017 appropriation law was tagged Budget of Infinite Transposition, 2018 appropriation law was christened Budget of Kinetic Crystallisation.
Meanwhile, according to the governor during the presentation few hours ago,
