Alex Asuquo Odukpani-led PDP EXCO reinstates support to Gov Ayade as leader of CRS PDP

The EXCO which has some appointees of the state governor on Sunday reinstated total support to His Excellency, Sen. Prof. Benedict Ayade as leader of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in Cross River state. 
In his remarks, the chairman congratulated all the new ward EXCO and maintained them as the authentic EXCO recognized by the highest decision making body of the party following the outcome of the 2020 general congress, appealed and results published in the party website followed by a letter dated PDP/DOM/GF.V/Vol2/20-387B to the state party chairman. 
According to the chairman, CRS PDP has always been supporting the governor since 2015 and will continue to do so as long as he has our mandate, he called on all party faithfuls to see the PDP family as one that will always accommodate everyone. 
One of the chairmen, Comr. Solomon Ndem, the ward chairman of Eki ward thanked the decision of the National Working Committee, NWC, the Governor for the opportunity to serve, he encouraged all party chairmen to maintain peace and carry everyone along.
Some of those present at the meeting include Hon. Joe Effa, a one time vice chairman of Odukpani LGA, Architect John Etim, a renowned politician in the state, Hon Nyong Nyong of Odot/Ediong ward pledged total loyalty to the Governor in an inaugural meeting held Sunday with all the newly elected 13 ward chairmen in Odukpani LGA.
