Covid-19: Philanthropist donates hundreds of masks, others in Biase

A philanthropist made donations to Nigerians indigenous to and residents in Biase local government area in Cross River state as a way to helping beneficiaries combat against the ravaging Coronavirus pandemic in rural communities NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered. 
Alpha Ejemot Bassey distributed over 15 tap buckets, hand sanitisers, liquid soaps and over 3000 nose masks on Wednesday. 
The items where donated by Bassey and distributed under the auspices of Voice of Biase in her various Biase communities was a huge success as various community chiefs, women and youth received the materials with great joy.
Our correspondent learnt that the Vice Chairman candidate of the PDP in Biase LGA Barr. Oyono Owai Ekpe in his country home of Adim welcomed the Voice of Biase continent with a warm reception while commending the philantropic act of Bassey. He charged other well meaning Biase sons and daughters to emulate Bassey.
