@FrEvaristus (Fr. Evaristus Bassey) a Twitter user has highlighted three types of very important meetings the Executive Governor of Cross River state does not attend NEGROIDHAVEN can report authoritatively.
According to the Roman Catholic priest, the Knight of St. John ‘Governor Ayade does not attend PDP governors’ meeting; he does not attend South South Governors’ meeting; he does not attend Southern governors’ meeting.’
The clergyman then suggested ‘Maybe he should be invited to northern governors’ meeting’.

Another Twitter user, @pdbraide then complimented @FrEvaristus thus ‘He does attend Governors forum meetings either. He attends none.’
However, the priest was advised to abstain from participating in partisan politics to which the priest replied ‘This is not partisan politics na. I am concerned that my governor is not seen to be aligning with colleagues whether in regional or subregional matters. And why should that have consequences on me as a private citizen?’
Recently, 17 governors of the South in Nigeria met and resolved to ban open grazing and advocate restructuring, but the governor of Cross River was absent.
Southern Governors collectively ban open grazing in Southern Nigeria.
But Governor Ayade of Cross River wasn't there. Even his Deputy, Ivara Esu, wasn't there.
