An Abuja based lawyer, namely, Barrister Benard Afu will on Tuesday the 15th of September 2015 appear before the legal practitioners disciplinary committee over a petition for breach of his professional duty of trust.
He allegedly collected thirty one million five hundred thousand naira(N31,500,000) on behalf of Hajia U. Garba for her property and converted the sum of eleven million five hundred thousand naira(N11,500,00) out of the said amount for his personal use
