The Roget's New Thesaurus 3rd edition(1995) defines development as a progression from a simple form to a more complex one: evolution, growth, progress, episode, happening etc; and empowerment as "to give authority, licence, commission". Since the inception of Prof. Ayade lead Administration, he has carried out the above by embracing, developing and empowering the youth in all sector of his government. Like The Biblical David, he is the man after his people's heart.

Prof. Ayade has redefined the pro-youth slogan of "Build the youth! Build the nation" to "Engage the youth! Develop the Nation". Notable of such, is the current engagement of young leaders of today, preparing for the future like: Barr. Chris Njar, Asu Okang, Declan Ogar, Mick Abuo, Eval Asikong, Eric Akpo, Emmanuel Ulayi, Stanley Nsemo, Austin Ibok, Engr. Thomas Aruku etc

Indeed as an inventor, he has unconsciously change the concept and definition of "democracy" to "Government of the people, by the people and WITH the people". I say this more so because the youth are more than 60% of every nation and engaging them in decision-making and governance is raiding off the society of social vices in tandem with the sustainable Development Goals (SDG's).

Therefore, I urge all peace loving youth to embrace indeed this CHANGE and come under the UMBRELLA of reality. The lacuna that existed before, we shall see no more.

Finally, I appeal to Prof. Ayade to bring back the duos of Jesse Ejemot Esu and Dr. DC Enamhe into his administration to equate their contributions to his eventual emergence.

Thank you for the already done favours and kindly look into the imbalance in the appointment of your personal aides(PA) from southern Cross River.
