Governor Ben Ayade and alleged fake Mayor of Dortmund

On the 17th of August, 2016, Governor Ben Ayade of Cross River State brought some German investors to Calabar. Nobel as his intention may be, the approach he employed was fraudulent, and outright abuse of office.
Governor Ben Ayade, who spent about two weeks prior to his arrival in Calabar from Germany, promised that he has concluded arrangements with Dortmund city to establish IDPs camps in Akpabuyo and other investments across the State. He promised in a briefing at the airport that in a week, the Mayor of Dortmund will come to begin a familiarization tour of the Calabar South Beach Resort, and the IDPs camps, etc.
Four days later, some white men whom Governor Ben Ayade welcomed at the government house, were introduced by the Governor as the Mayor of Dortmund and his delegation.
The next day, Governor Ben Ayade was seen flanked by these men in Akpabuyo. He publicly wept and the video was posted online by Emmanuel Ulayi, one of the governor's media aide.
Governor Ben Ayade introduced his Mayor from Dortmund as Mr Fuss Friedrich.
Since then, I had the feeling that this Fuss is actually the wrong fuse. I called a few of my friends in Germany, one of which is from Ugep. He told me that he stays in Cologne not Dortmund, and that according to German Google search that he did, Governor Ben Ayade Fuss Friedrich is fake.
After Ben Ayade constituted the Committee for the IDP camps construction, an insider close to the Paramount Ruler of Bakassi, had on his own conducted a search and it turned out that Mr Fuss is not the real fuse.
For the benefit of doubt, the Mayor of Dortmund is not Mr Fuss Friedrich. The real Mayor's name is Sierau Ullrich.
Mayor Sierau Ullrich was elected as the Mayor of Dortmund in 21th of October, 2009. He was elected on the platform of Social Democratic Party of Germany. He has won the seat of the Mayor four consecutive times following his reforms that has changed the face of politics and infrastructural development in Dortmund.
In 2014, Annette Littmann came close to defeating Ullrich as the Mayor but the runoff returned him back as the Mayor.
From where did Governor Ben Ayade imported Mr Mayor Fuss Friedrich?
Like in July 2015, when Governor Ben Ayade brought a supposed German investor, Mr Le Havre, Managing Director of Broad Spectrum Industrial Ltd. It was Chief Okoi Obono-obla, Ifere Paul, and Joseph Odok that spent their resources to investigate Le Havre. It turned out that the said man was not a German but an Irish. Other discoveries were that Broad Spectrum Industrial Nigeria Ltd, was not properly constituted. Until now, Broad Spectrum Industrial Nigeria Ltd, a company praised for securing non interest loan of 600 Million Dollars for the construction of the superhighway and other projects, has not been heard from again.
Once again, Governor Ben Ayade and his German thieves have been discovered. And this time will be the last for them.

I will copy the Senate President, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the DSS, the Inspector General of Police, Public Complaint Commission, and the Ambassador of Germany.
