The Young Democratic Party (YDP) was formally launched in Cross River State on the 29 of August 2016 in an epoch making event at NAKS Hotels and Towers (formerly NAF Club) Marian Road by the National Working Committee led by Architect Ezekiel Nya-Etuk who inaugurated the state working committee led by Comrade Castro Ezama as the state chairman. On Sunday 4th of September, a thanksgiving service was held at Honey Steams Christian Centre.

9. Mr Hilary Ntui — Vice Chairman Central
