Ayade signing an MoU in Thailand for Rice City development with Thai African Cooperation.
It was all a hoax. Ayade was building a ponzi scheme to defraud the State of the Federal Government Rice Intervention Anchor program.
Ayade has hijacked the federal government initiative and has converted same into a pet project.
Lands were grabbed at the Jonathan Bypass for this purpose and hurriedly bulldozed and til now nothing has been done to that effect.
While other States are enjoying a bountiful rice harvest, the only rice in Cross River State competing with other States is a private initiative of Godilogo Farms, own by Prince Jedy-Agba, OFR.
The federal government rice intervention anchor program funds have not been disbursed to anyone. According to information from government sources, since the governor cannot tamper with the funds, he has refused to give out ro others.
