Nigeria's Super Eagles Star winger Victor Moses has become an influential and key player in Antonio Conte's team. He has fit in well into Conte's formation, helping Conte to find rhythm and stability in his approach to the game.

Victor Moses was recognized last season as the fittest player in Stoke while he was there on loan. And this season Antonio Conte has found Moses useful to his formation, pattern and ideology to the game.

Moses has featured in Antonio Conte last three Premier League games which Chelsea won first against Hull City 2-0, second against League Champions Leicester 3-0, and thirdly against Red Devils 4-0, without conceding a goal.

Conte's formation of 3-4-3 as become a become force to contend with amongst teams so far. As both Marcos Alonso and Victor Moses operates as wing back, going forward and tracking backing. Both with heavy duty work rate of going forward offensive to help the attack, and tracking backward defensively to support the defense.

Moses and Alonso didn't feature for Chelsea current EFL loss to West Ham on Wednesday, something that would cling to the thoughts of their importance to the team's formation.

Former Chelsea's striker  Tony Cascarino has taken exceptional notice of Moses influence. Writing to the 'Times',  he wrote;

"Antonio Conte's switch to a 3-4-3 formation has proved to be successful but the new Chelsea head coach's best move was playing Victor Moses as a right wing back,

"He offers a threat going forward down the right and also works very hard tracking back…

"People at Stoke City told me that he was the fittest player during his loan spell and that athleticism is helping him in his new role. Moses' recent emergence could prove to be a masterstroke by Conte."
