Antonio Conte Named October Premier League Manager Of The Month

After an impressive month of clamour and exhilarating results for Antonio Conte and his players,  he has been awarded the Premier League coach of the the month October. He has beaten fellow nominees Jurgen Klopp, Mark Hughes, and Arsene Wenger to the prize after guiding the Blues to four straight victories during October.

Antonio Conte formidable result has come after switching to a 3-4-3 formation. He hasn't conceded in the past five matches scoring sixteen in the process. Victories against Hull City 2-0, Leicester 3-0, Manchester United 4-0, and Southampton 2-0. The victories so far has made the Italian discover his strong starting eleven which features two wing back with reinvigorated Victor Moses and new recruit Marcos Alonso.

The Blues notched in eleven goals in October unreplied, and the recent results promises more good things to come for Antonio Conte and his men.

After winning the award, Conte told the Premier League’s website: ‘It’s a great honour and I will share this with my players and the club.

‘It is the first time I work in another country with a different culture, and when you want to bring your own philosophy it is not easy, but now I am glad for this choice.’

Chelsea travel to face Middleborough  before London rivals Tottenham. A huge test for the Italian Coach to determine his resolve and stability in contention for the Premier League.
