Nollywood Stars Arrive Calabar ahead of Cross River Movie Awards, Sunday

Some Nigerian actors headlined for Cross River Movie Awards (CRMA) have begun arriving Calabar ahead of the event scheduled to hold this Sunday.

The actors who touched down Calabar via the Margaret Ekpo International Airport of Calabar, on Saturday include Saheed Akpankpa, Keppy Ekpenyong, Saphira Obi, Fred Amata, Nonso Diobi, Eddy Esang, Ubong Bassey and Jude while others are still being awaited for the much talked about CRMA event.

It could be recalled that the organization of the event through Cross River Studios, its publist announced that the actors shall for the first time grace the last Carnival Calabar dry run holding earlier before the CRMA event scheduled to hold at Transcorp Hotel, Calabar from 6pm same day.

Meanwhile, arrangements for the event is already set in top gear like never before.

Since the event debut in 2013 as convened yearly in Calabar by Mr. Eric Anderson former Cross River chairman of Actor's Guild of Nigeria (AGN), who currently doubles as Special Assistant to Cross River Government on Tourism Development, CRMA has consistently maintained its pitch as foremost state.
