“It was the cry of the girl that attracted her brother, who caught the accused in the very act.”

'Constitutionally therefore, this offence contravenes Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State,2011.

Comments:

We cannot stop but wonder what in the world, our planet has become!

Why would someone in his right senses be so debased as to commit such atrocity, such decadence?

What is the logic behind such irrational and immoral act?

Wait a minute, do you think the judged ruled the case satisfactorily?

Is it not the case that the law itself seems to have become too mild even in such cases of heinous crimes as this?

What is your take?
