DOCUMENT: 3 Orders that kicked Gov Ayade’s influence off the 3rd Tier of Gov’t in C’River

It’s no more news that the less or almost no power the Executive Governor of Cross River State presently has in the local government system of his state is as a result of a petition filed against him by both the APC and other 16 other Cross Riverians on the 5th of January 2017 contracting Barr. Utum Eteng.

Below is the order of the High Court that is barring the government of Cross River from having an administrative influence over the LGAs devoid of a democratically conducted election.

It has 3 orders against the Governor of Cross River State, Government of Cross River and State Independent Electoral Commission (SIEC). There will be hearing on the 27 of January 2017.
