As the Special Adviser to the President on Prosecution, Chief Okoi Ofem Obono-Obla, launches his recent book, 'The Making of a Change Agent', tomorrow Thursday, 27th April, 2017 by 11am at the International Conference Centre, Abuja popular social commentator, Prince Thomas Abi Jr., has moved to commend and congratulate him NegroidHaven can say.
Prince Abi who said he was excited at the news of the book launch described Chief Obla as a pan-Africanist. He also rendered the piece as a must read for those who wish to understand Nigeria's ruling All Progressives Congress (APC)
His words, 'Words cannot express how excited I am knowing that history has been written by a unifier of both the old and the young. A true change agent, a great historian, classic Lawyer, a powerful pen pusher, and a pan-Africanist of national and International repute.
'The book , "THE MAKING OF A CHANGE AGENT", by the celebral Chief Barr. Okoi Obono-Obla is a must read for all young persons in Nigeria who really want to understand how the APC came into existence in Nigeria.
The Making Of A Change Agent, was written by a man who saw it all. He passed through all the processes from the merging of political parties to the registering of the APC. He not only followed the process, he drove the process of bringing the needed change to the Nigerian people.'
Prince Abi finally observed that Chief Obla authored the politico-historical publication, especially the history of the APC objectively,
'Chief Obla, as you launch a book I call an encyclopedia for the younger generation, and all lovers of knowledge, I say congratulations to you for writing history the way it began. Congratulations Obol Obla!'
