Today, 26th October is the day of birth of pro-youth, pro-peace Comr Castro Ezama.
He's such a pro-youth activist that he became the pioneer chairman of the Young Progressives Party (YPP), Cross River State chapter; He is also pioneer SUG President of the Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH), Calabar;
He is a peace-loving Nigerian so much so that he worked with the landlord community in Awi, Akamkpa for remarkably peaceful living between students of Cross River State College of Education (COE) and indigenes/residents. Castro Led a significantly peaceful march for the mobilisation of CRUTECH students into NYSC;
He's quite intelligent and savvy as a teacher such that students of COE, Akamkpa seriously missed him when he recently resigned his services with the tertiary academic institution: he organized friendly matches between students and teachers of COE, Akamkpa; collaborated with security unit to ensure safety in campus; part of the team that ensured the establishment of the first ATM in CRUTECH.
I can go on and on, but, suffice it to say that right Comr Ezama has truly allowed the popular dictum which says —'let there be peace on earth, and let it begin with you!' to be embodied in him.
