Wife of the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Dr Linda Ayade, Thursday, in Calabar, Cross River State state capital, received first ladies from the seventeen states that comprises southern Nigeria including the five states of south-east geopolitical zone, six states of south-west geopolitical zone and the six states of south-south geopolitical zone NegroidHaven can report authoritatively.
The Forum which is chaired by Dr. (Mrs.) Eneoma Nkechi Rochas Okorocha, Wife of the Governor of Imo State will be meeting for three days in Calabar begining from Thursday 26th October through Saturday 28th October.
Their itinerary is thus:
Thursday 26th October : Arrival
Friday 27th October: Courtesy Call on the Governor of Cross River State by 10AM, Interactive Sessions with women, an empowerment ceremony for women at Adiabo Town Hall, Tinapa. The meeting is expected to be rounded off with a Dinner/Gala Night at the Dome, Calabar Municipal Council.
Saturday : will feature a Get-together and Departure of the first ladies with their entourage.
