International development consultant, social entrepreneur and political pundit, Mr Princewill Odidi, Sunday asserted that talks about China will dominate the diplomatic discussion between Nigeria's President, Muhammadu Buhari and US President Donald Trump.
Odidi explained that the purchase of American fighter jets by the Nigerian government under controversial circumstances was an attempt to placate a perceived infuriated America particular in respect of the rising diplomatic relationship existing between Africa's most populous country, Nigeria and Asian power, China.
According to Odidi, 'We recently bought and paid for some American fighter jets just before the meetings. It was so much in a hurry that Nigerian congress was not consulted and briefed. For those who understand these scheming, some call it diplomacy, others call it pacification, but for some of us, we call it “Games that Nations Play”.

Recall that Buhari arrived Washington DC earlier yesterday American time to meet with Trump tomorrow. He stays at Blair House, the official guest house of the US President.
