With the declaration of the Obudu State Constituency seat vacant by INEC sequel to the demise of Rt. Hon. Ukpukpen, three candidates have emerged gunning for the Office in a by-election as follows:
*ADC… Agwupuye, John Umeka
*APC… Adah Ishamali
*PDP… Abbey Ukpukpen (Mrs).
Recall that Ukpukpen slumped down and died while jogging recently at UJ Esuene Stadium. He was buried this month. More details to emerge.
