The state governor, His Excellency Senator (prof) Ben Ayade has nominated Dr. Amanke, Ebienshua Godwin as commissioner designate in the state public service.
Consequently, Dr Amanke's name has been forwarded to the state House of Assembly for confirmation.
Dr Amanke, a former chairman of Obanliku Local Government Area, is presently the Director General of the Cross River State Scholarship Board.
