Cross River pilgrims to Jerusalem prays for Ayade, hails his development strides

This year's Christain pilgrims from Cross River State have commended the State Governor, Sir Ben Ayade for sponsoring them to the holy Land for pilgrimage NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered.
Praying collectively as the state's contingent to Jerusalem for religious worship in the Holy Land, the 102 members hailed the govermor for the good things he is doing for the state and prayed fervently for his success in all his development projects and programmes.
The group also urged Cross Riverians to give full support to the administration of Sir Ben Ayade, stressing that both the short and long term benefits of governor Ayade's industrial revolution, his deep inroad to the Agricultural sector and other areas will soon become money spinning  avenue for the state.
Rev. Fr. Bob Ettah, on his part stated: "The administration of Senator Prof Ben Ayade, has done so much for our dear state in just four years and he deserves a special thanks and a special prayer, the reason we are praying for him and the entire state as we are currently in Jerusalem on pilgrimage".
On his part, Mr. Patrick Ogar, stressed, " We earnestly want our people to continue to give our beloved governor all the support he needs to encourage him to continue to do more for the state."
Prominent citizens currently on pilgrimage to Israel include the former VC of UNICAL Prof. James Ekpoke, Hon Mark Obi, and the Paramount Rulers of Obanliku and Odukpani.
The Cross River pilgrims have visited Jaffa and Moint Tabor as well as the Church of Transfiguration.
