Following the recent Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic currently ravaging the world, The Cross River State House of Assembly have suspended its legislative activities indefinitely as part of preventive measures to contain the spread of the disease.
We therefore appeal to our constituents to observe all precautions of regular hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, observing social distancing and avoiding large gatherings.
We equally appreciate and support the state governor, His Excellency, Sir Ben Ayade, for his proactive measures to ensure the state remains safe and COVID-19 free.
