Hon. Eton Effiong Okon of Obomitat/Mbiabo/Ediong Ward, Monday, was unanimously elected and sworn in as Leader of Odukpani Legislative Council.
He replaces impeached Rt. Hon. Godswill Iya of Odot Ward who was impeached for alleged inefficiency, administrative high handedness, gross embezzlement and misappropriation of public funds, fraud, criminality, reckless spending, incompetence, extortion, corruption.
