The presidential candidate of All Progressive Congress (APC) held a meeting with the former prime minister of London Tony Blair on Saturday.
He went in the company of Ogun state governor Ibikunle Amosu and a former governor of Kwara, Bukola Saraki.
Mr Saraki had written on Twitter that it was not certain what the duo had discussed, he posted pictures of Buhari with Tony Blair to silence the rumour that Buhari was in the united Kingdom for medical treatment.
Buhari's campaign had on Friday announced his short working visit to the United Kingdom. The statement had clearly stated that in the course of the visit, Gen Buhari (Rtd) would hold meetings with key members of the British political establishment and interact with some global institutions with interest in the affairs of Nigeria.
Despite the rumour, Buhari still insists that he is fit and well to govern Nigeria maintaining that the death and health of everyone is in the hand of God.
