England's national team boss Roy Hodgson, 68, who has been in charge since 2012 will be taking England to  their third finals in France Euro 2016 since been in the helm of affairs.

Remarkable, Hodgson started coaching at the age of 28 and has coached four national teams, and 16 teams in eight countries including such as Inter Milan of Italy and Malmo or Sweden as well as Halmstad where he began his career and won two titles in both Swedish teams.

The England boss who is celebrating 40 years in management, has been likened with great English Coaches such as Sir Bobby Robson, Dave Sexton and Don Howe, by FA chairman Greg Dyke.

Roy Hodgson who was born in Born in Croydon in 1947 has Played for Gravesend & Northfleet, Maidstone and South African side Berea Park. He Started his managerial career at Swedish side Halmstad in 1976, Managed Inter Milan during two spells in the 1990s.

Coached Switzerland at 1994 World Cup, was in charge of UAE from 2002 to 2004 and Finland between 2005 and 2007

Appointed England manager in 2012 and has led them to two major finals.

He has made himself of show to be a public figure, whom inspiration can be drawn from and be a guiding personnel largely to the area of the world of 'Racism'. As he is been known of having most of his playing career in non English teams.
