Today 1 August, the Deputy Governor of Cross River State, Prof Ivara Ejemot Esu commissioned the Samsung Smart School at Government Secondary School State housing Estate, Calabar.
In the second clip, standing side by side to the right with Prof. Esu during the commissioning exercise was the Commissioner for Education CRS, Mr Goddy Etta, who looked on.
