Thursday, 31st November the Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Ben Ayade, presented a N1. 3 trillion 2018 appropriation bill christened Budget of Kinetic Crystallization.
A UX designer by name, Justus Inspire, has this to say about the controversial appropriation bill : ‘… Just in case you find it hard to understand Cross River state budget, this (referring to the diagram featured in this publication) helps you to understand it in a lame man and crystal way’.
For one Edima Otoho, a Facebook user, this is what she has to say, ‘Kinetic : means relating to or resulting from motion. Crystallization : means the process of forming crystals.

‘So, let’s imagine an over 1trillion naira budget in a motion state (e dey run… Lol) then when you try to look inside, it’s as clear as crystal and there’s really nothing in there…’
Will the 2018 Appropriation Bill, if passed as it is, which I think will be the case especially considering the N10 million coax allegation slammed by Joseph Odok a controversial and acclaimed change agent, is anything to go by, be —empty, sorry crystal?
