The Cross River State Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Mr. Eyo Ekpo is to speak as a panelist at the Inaugural FAD FM Political Summit billed for today, Wednesday 21stNovember 2018 in Calabar, the Cross River State capital NEGROIDHAVEN has confirmed.
The former Attorney-General of the state is to speak in one of the panel discussion that follows a paper presentation by the lead speaker.
This was made known in a letter seen by our correspondent from the organizers of the summit FAD FM, signed by the Managing Director of the media house and addressed to Eyo Ekpo.
The letter which was seen by our correspondent partly reads; The summit seeks to espouse ways politicians, voters and other stakeholders (Media, Civil Society, INEC, Security Agencies, Physically Challenged, Youth and Women group) in the political environment can play a greater role on election issues as the 2019 General Elections approach.
Cross River Political Summit which is with the theme ELECTION 2019: EVERY VOTE MUST COUNT (Towards a Free, Fair and Violence Free General Elections)is scheduled for 11am Wednesday 21st November, 2018 at the DOME EVENT CENTER, MUNICIPAL, and CALABAR.
According to the organizers,The focus of the summit will be to bring together Stakeholders in the political space to discuss pertinent issues regarding the forthcoming 2019 General Elections, and with paper presentations by Prof Akin Oyebode, Prof Chidi Odinkalu and Prof. John Asiedu Sarpong.
