The Cross River North APC Senatorial candidate, Chief Wabilly Nyiam, has expressed deep shock over the death of the Cross River State APC Chairman, Dr. Matthew Ojong Achigbe NEGROIDHAVEN has confirmed.
Nyiam in a statement signed by his media directorate described the late State Chairman as a man of integrity, dedicated leader, resourceful and a man who gave his all to humanity.
He said the death of Dr. Achigbe was a colossal loss to the APC in Cross River State and the entire nation.
According to Nyiam, "It is shocking, unbelievable that Dr. Achigbe is dead. He was a father to many, a good man, who had integrity, very resourceful and a man of vision who gave his all for the growth of the APC in Cross River. He has gone at a very critical period we need his wise counsel and strategy to win for our party, the APC in Cross River State.
'I pray that the Almighty God grants him place in bosom and his family the grace to bear this painful loss'.
Recall that Dr Achigbe passed on, on the Saturday 17th of November in a ghastly auto crash in Afikpo LGA in Ebonyi State.
