There is no parallel government of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN Executive Council in Yala local government chapter, Cross River State NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered.
According to the Chair of the Congress Planning Committee, CPC, Comr Maurice Nkong election were conducted into all eleven offices: 'Youth Council elections in Yala indicates that all positions were elected as the full Exco list is returned complete.'
The incumbent Chair of NYCN in Cross River State, Comr Ndiyo Ndiyo affirmed this disclosure made by Nkong while speaking exclusively to our correspondent. According to him, there is no parallel EXCO of the NYCN in Yala on the basis that it was only a candidate that purchased form for office of coordinator from the duly recognised CPC.
Ndiyo's words, 'The truth is that there is no parallel executive in Yala. The reason is because it is only one person that bought the form for Office of Coordinator in Yala. And he is Okayi Abraham Odey. He bought his form from the CPC authorised by the NYCN.
'The other group of individuals were deceived into buying a photocopied forms from a mischievous individuals who assured them they would be acknowledged as the authentic candidate. Because they could not return their fake forms to the Nkong-led CPC
This information is contrary to speculations going viral on social media where it is alleged that there is a parallel elected EXCO.
