The Next Level blueprint is traceable to Associate Professor Kelly Costner of the Rex Institute, Winthrop University in the United States.
NEGROIDHAVEN further discovered that beyond the name, even the brand logo design of the Next Level was shamelessly plagiarised.
According to the website of the Rex Institute of the Winthrop University (http://www2.winthrop.edu/rex/rex/next_level.html) being a project of the Winthrop University, Next Level is an acronym for Network for Leading Education that Values English Learners, and a professional development grant funded by the US department of education and administered through the Office of English Learner Acquisition (OELA).
