Federal High Court 1 Calabar finally Discharges and Acquits Agi Peter of all allegations/claims of fraudulent financial crimes levelled against him as Bursar, University of Calabar NEGROIDHAVEN can report authoritatively.
Agi was appointed Bursar of the University of Calabar in April 2014 after an extensive interview process and was unjustly removed in August 2016 over allegations of financial recklessness.
He had only spent a total of 2 years and 4 months for an appointment that should have been for 5 years before his unjust removal from office in an acrimonious circumstance by then Vice Chancellor, Prof Zana Akpagu.
